    1. Kneel on the floor. Flex the arms and hold the handles at the chest.

    2. Tilt the torso and pull the handles down as far as possible.

    3. Return to the starting position and repeat the movement.

    Action Considerations

    Your lower legs should be on the floor. Keep the legs still and palms outward.
