    1. The resistance band attached to the top of a door. Hold the bar with palms facing down.

    2. While keeping the arms straight, pull the bar down until your hands touch the thighs.

    3. Bring the bar back up to the starting position.

    Action Considerations

    Keep your body stationary and do not use momentum. Keep your waist straight.
