    1. Grip the push-up bars.

    2. Lower your body until your chest is close to the base.

    3. Raise your body up through your hands to full arm extension.

    Action Considerations

    Keep your body as straight as possible. Beginners can kneel on the yoga mat to do this movement while exercisers of advanced level can increase the difficulty by putting feet on the flat bench.
