    1. Stand on the base with your hands holding the bar naturally.

    2. Keep your arms straight and shrug your shoulders as high as possible, pulling the bar upwards.

    3. Slowly lower the bar to the starting position and repeat the movement.

    Keep your body stationary and back straight during the movement.
